Durgapur Multispeciality Hospital
Challenges were 3 buildings which were in different architectural aspects. They were not matching with each other to form a hospital. Finally, the challenges were overcome by efficient planning with proper space management and was converted into a 250 bedded Multispeciality Hospital, where all diagonostic set ups are present like OPDs, IP patients, Cath Lab, Critical Care, Paediatric, Full fledged women & child facility, Specialised OTC, CSSD etc.

HP Ghosh Hospital
The building was made for some other purpose and not healthcare. The challenge was that, that finished floor to the true ceiling height was very low. There was no plumbing or any kind of shaft for MEP purposes. There were too many glass windows in the hospital. Overcoming all the above barriers, we made HP Ghosh Hospital with full VRF AC system, all electrical, fire, MGP's, plumbing, sanitary as per Health care standards. The internal planning has been made in such a manner under one room that CT scan, MRI, USG, Pharmacy, Emergency, TMT, OT, X-ray, Dialysis, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, Critical care, Pathology, and IP patients with large numbers of OPD can apply for NABH and NABL

Netaji Multispeciality Hospital
Worked as Internal Drawing as per Clinical Establishment Act, Selection and specification on Biomedical equipment, Vendor selection and rate verification of all medical equipment, MEP works, supervision of the entire project of this 100 bedded hospital.

Kalyani General Hospital
Initially the building was an educational institute. The challenges were low height between floor to true ceiling, lift, etc. Ultimately through efficient planning and execution it was converted to a 112 bedded Hospital with Dialysis Facility, CT scan, USG, X-ray, Endoscopy, ERCP, Critical beds, OTs, IP patients, OPDs, Lab, Emergency, etc. the planning was made as per hospital standards and they can now apply for NABH and NABL.
